Good location, spacious rooms with private bathrooms. Music downstairs at night, but not too loud on higher floors. No elevator available. Overall great value for the location, would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at Ibiz City! the location was perfect, right in the heart of the old quarter surrounded by bars, restaurants, and shops. the staff was super nice and always ready to help. Our room, 503, was really comfortable with a quiet atmosphere. We loved the cool bar at the entrance and the amazing buffet breakfast each morning.
It was the best hotel we stayed in during our time in Vietnam. Cons: No complaints 😊.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the clean and spacious room with plenty of surfaces to unpack and work on. The warm/hot shower was a great way to relax after a long day. The helpful reception staff made it easy for us to book tours, and the location in the heart of the Old Quarter was perfect for exploring and experiencing the vibrant nightlife. We also appreciated the provided towels and the option to store our excess luggage while we went on a tour. a great stay!
Felt completely relaxed, no complaints at all.

I had a great value for my money at Ibiz City. The room was clean, spacious, and charming. The location in the heart of the old quarter was amazing, and the staff treated me with helpfulness and kindness.
The breakfast menu could be improved by extending the time and ensuring there is enough food available until the end.

Great central location in the heart of the city, surrounded by bars, restaurants, and shops. Perfect for exploring the old quarter of Hanoi. The staff was friendly and welcoming, offering fast check-in. One of the best aspects was the spacious family room with a window and a little balcony, which provided a nice view outside.
My stay during the new year was extremely disappointing. The noise level was unbearable, with drunken guests constantly banging on the doors.

The location was perfect, just a minute away from the bustling main street but still quiet enough for a peaceful sleep. The modern entrance, breakfast area, and chill-out space were exactly like the pictures. The rooms, though styled in an older fashion, were clean and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and always had a smile on their faces. I also appreciated the late check-out time of 12 noon. a great experience and I would recommend this hotel.
Would recommend this hotel.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions and vibrant nightlife. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing useful information about the surrounding area and arranging transportation.- The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.- The complimentary WiFi was reliable and fast, allowing me to stay connected during my business trip.- The hotel offered a good value for the price, making it an affordable option for budget travelers.
The noise levels in the hotel were quite high, especially during the night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The lack of an elevator was inconvenient, especially when carrying heavy luggage.

I recently stayed at Ibiz City Hotel in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter for 5 nights. The location was perfect, right on beer street with all the lively bars and restaurants. Our spacious room had a balcony overlooking the bustling street and the beds were comfortable with privacy curtains. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even ordering a taxi for our early morning airport transfer. The room was kept clean and tidy every day, and the hotel also stored our excess luggage while we went on a Halong Bay tour. a great budget-friendly option for exploring the city.
I do recommend this hotel.
